Abstract

Nuances meaning ‘a very small difference in meaning, feeling, sound etc.’ It points towards a subtle difference or distinction in expression, response, significance or similar situations. Nuances are apparent in cases of difficult vaginal hysterectomy or non descent vaginal hysterectomy due to variation in indications, pathology, operative technical difficulties and existing pathology. Experience and knowledge coupled with training overcomes all this. In this article we discuss the various aspects of vaginal hysterectomy and nondescent vaginal hysterectomy.
