A rare scenario of vesicouterine fistula (VUF) leading to abortion through bladder has been presented here. A 28 years old women developed VUF as a complication of cesarean section which was diagnosed 2 years later when she had spontaneous abortion. As her uterine cavity had a polyp, which obstructed the outflow tract, the products of conception got diverted to the fistulous opening and thus abortion was taking place through the bladder. Patient was managed with uterine sparing surgery wherein fistulous tract was excised and omental graft was interposed in between the bladder and the uterine isthmus.
